Utilizing an annular microlayer/nanolayer pilot extrusion line in a blown film configuration, eight film
structures are examined demonstrating the main film attributes attributed to the BBS patented die
technology. Specifically the attributes highlighted are the effect of interlayer quenching, the “I” beam
effect, and selective property enhancement due to unadulterated polymer layers.
