The purpose of kraft pulping is to separate wood fibers from each other so that they can be used to produce paper and other cellulose fiber-based products. In chemical pulping, wood chips are cooked, or pulped, in large pressure vessels called digesters. This qualification includes courses on Batch Cooking, Blow Line Refining, Brown Stock Systems, Digesters and Kraft Pulping By-Products.
