The TAPPI Nano Student Committee is hosting another free Coffee Break session! During this live interactive session, you’ll hear from two professionals, Dr. Caio G. Otoni, an Assistant Professor at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), and Dr. Blaise L. Tardy, an Assistant Professor at Khalifa University. Dr. Caio G. Otoni will discuss circular bioeconomy from an upcycling angle perspective and will summarize the most recent efforts of the research group maTREErials. Dr. Blaise L. Tardy will present an overview of his findings on advanced materials obtained from lignocellulosics and will put in perspective the localized and global role of scientists focusing on bioproducts to promote a greener world.

This Coffee Break session will be moderated by Eupidio Scolpel and the Nano Student Committee and will open the session to questions and further discussion with the audience.
