Recausticizing is the process of converting the chemicals in the spent cooking liquor back to their original form so that they can be re-used in the kraft pulping process. In other words, it changes green liquor back into white liquor. This qualification includes courses on Dregs Washing, Electrostatic Precipitators, Exhaust Gas Scrubbers, Green Liquor Clarifiers, Lime Kilns, Lime Mud Filtering, Slaking and Causticizing, and more.
