In the Fall of 1995, the author’s company had two, new state-of-the-art corrugator installations nearing completion and two more projects in the planning stages. With the high price of these investments, ensuring these machines delivered the promised levels of quality and productivity was very important. In response to this need, the company initiated a formal, documented acceptance testing process.
