I’ve worked in this industry for more than 50 years. It still excites me. I especially enjoy being around people who are helping shape the industry for the next 50 years ahead.

TAPPI plays a vital role in that future. It’s always a brave person who tries to look ahead 10 or even 5 years. Events like Katrina show just how risky it can be to make predictions. Something always comes out of left field to ensure that most predictions end up not being worth much.
