Features and benefits of these dies include uniform deflection, streamlined polymer flow, reduced die start up time and reduced scrap resulting in increased productivity. Automatic die lip control will be discuss as well as additional die features and coatings, all relating the increased extruder uptime and complementary to the “Lean Manufacturer”.
