KIEFEL saw the need in a variety of world markets for the need to significantly increase outputs, and by using a special PIV (Particle Image Velocity) tool for analyzing air flow on the inside and outside of the bubble, increased cooling on the inside of the bubble on blown film systems to create the needed significantly improved outputs in an innovative way.
The throughput of modern, fully automated blown film systems is mainly limited by insufficient and un-balanced cooling capacity (outside/inside).
