Operating staff are struggling with scattered information during tail threading process. Negligence and mistakes are common causes for prolonged tail threading. These can be aided by targeting the information and improving visualization. This paper concerns the process of finding this information and molding the decision helping tool to use during tail threading process. Combination of data analysis, process knowledge and collective experience is used to form a traffic light application to help operating staff.
