Good afternoon and thank you for joining me here today.  While our time today to cover this important issue is somewhat limited, I’ll try to give you a view of a new vision path to excellence in what is arguably the most expensive and least understood utility in the paper industry.  I’ve often said that if I could invent a way to dye compressed air green to represent the money that it costs, I would not have to be an engineer and work for a living.  My favorite way to raise awareness of this is to say that air compressors are “Amazing, Magical, Mystical, Mythical, Money Munching Machines” that somehow convert something you cannot see, air, into large utility bills that you do see every month.
