In 1975, what is now Greif’s Riverville Mill began operation as Virginia Fibre Corporation.  The No. 1 Paper Machine was built to produce corrugated medium and was operated with a unique concept as a “partnership in progress” where all employees shared in the success of the operation with production incentives.  This concept still exists today.
