In my official role as Editorial Despot overseeing each issue of Paper360°, I give a final proofread to all of the articles, all in a row. It’s an interesting process because it allows me to see the bigger picture that is formed when all of the puzzle pieces are finally snapped together. What is my impression of this issue’s “big picture”?

It’s a party in here, folks, and you’re all invited.

Almost every article in this issue brings together a variety of voices, opinions, and ideas. We survey panels of experts from several companies in our cover story “Good Chemistry.” We have interviews with two exciting leaders: Jori Ringman of CEPI and European CEO of the Year Ksenia Sosnina of Ilim Group. We asked our PaperCon programmers about critical industry issues, and they not only told us what the issues are, but they also shared how their peers and colleagues will be addressing those issues. This Paper360° offers dozens of voices in a wide range of conversations. Reading this month’s collection of articles reminded me of a party; I enjoy drifting from group to group to listen in on the questions being asked, the answers being offered, and the stories being told.
