Tissue is one of the few paper products that often goes directly to the consumer (through a retail outlet most times, of course, although e-commerce is gaining ground), so packaging can play an important part in the decision to buy.

The elimination of single-use plastics has become part of everyone’s vocabulary. Grocery bags seem to be the number one target. But, packaging (or over packaging) is also in the sights of savvy consumers.
