Gregg received a B.S. in Science and Environmental Change from the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay. He received an M.S. in Paper Chemistry from the Institute of Paper Chemistry (IPC), where his research project topic was “Nucleophilicity of hydrosulfide ion under pulping conditions.”

In his current position, Gregg develops new mineral and specialty coating products for paper and packaging applications and manages customer requests, including pilot trials. He also supervises the activities of technicians and chemists in the laboratory.
