CAN YOU TELL ME A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR EXPERIENCE IN THE TISSUE INDUSTRY?
I have been here for two years and relocated from the Kingman, Arizona, facility. I have been a plant manager for three years and have been in the tissue industry for 20+ years. I started in 1999 with Potlatch as a bath tissue operator and spent the bulk of my career as a technical resource for their bath tissue department.
I went to work for Cascades in 2014 as a supervisor and spent one year in a supervisory role before being promoted to a production manager, where I served for three years. I then got my first opportunity to be a plant manager in Kingman.
