Variability Evaluation in Paper Making, 23TAPPICon

This paper reviews some data analysis techniques used for process variability evaluation in paper making. The analysis techniques covered are for time series data from multi-variable interactive processes and for two-dimensional datasets that characterize the sheet properties of moving web processes. The two-dimensional dataset may represent sheet properties in different x-y patterns depending on how the online-measurements are taken on a moving sheet.

TAPPI conference proceedings and presentations, technical papers, and publication articles provide technical and management data and solutions on topics covering the Pulp, Paper, Tissue, Corrugated Packaging, Flexible Packaging, Nanotechnology and Converting Industries.
