Polyvinylamine as a wet-end additive: Effects of pH and anionic contamination, TAPPI Journal May 2024
Application: Due to its high cationic charge density and pH sensitivity, it is meaningful to test the performance characteristics of PVAm in a papermaking process. This work also sheds light on some unexpected interactions
when PVAm was added to papermaking stock that had been intentionally contaminated with anionic dispersant.
