Mikael Furu, Reiner Ohrnberger, Ilkka Roitto--Different on-line measurement methods for measuring coating color properties have been developed during the last few years. In this paper a reliable and accurate measurement concept for measuring dry solids, air content, rheology, temperature and pH is described. The first industrial experiences in Haindl Papier, Germany are presented. Also pilot results describing the method’s accuracy and repeatability are given.
