MACT Standards for Paper and Other Web Coatings Source Category, 2002 Decorative and Industrial Laminates Symposium
The Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 required EPA to develop new control standards, Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT), by industry category or subcategory. The MACT requirements are applicable to major sources of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs). This paper will review the MACT requirements for the Paper and other Web Coatings (POWC) source category.
