Roll Handling and Wrapping

Online Course Description:
The main goal of roll handling and wrapping systems is to protect newly-produced paper or board rolls from physical damage, moisture and foreign debris during handling, transport and storage. This is necessary because paper and board rolls may be handled multiple times in multiple ways, and stored in several locations in different environments, prior to use by the customer. This module will describe the steps of a typical roll wrapping system and describe the equipment used in the roll wrapping process.
