This single module is included in the Pulp Manufacturing Technology introductory online course developed by Alabama Southern Community College under a grant by the National Science Foundation

 Learning Objectives
An understanding of the function and importance of a pulp and paper mill wood yard operation. The examination of the wood yard includes how wood arrives and is stored; bark removal equipment; and variables that affect debarking.
