This introductory online course module was developed by Alabama Southern Community College under a grant by the National Science Foundation. The course module focuses on chemical recovery operations and terminology.

Learning objectives:

Gain a more in-depth look at safety and maintenance operations, including case studies from the Black Liquor Recovery Advisory Committee; tube bank designs, deposits, corrosion, and cracking.
