Air Emissions Control I
Online Course Description:
This introductory online course module was developed by Coastal Alabama Community College under a grant by the National Science Foundation. The course focuses on U.S. environmental laws and regulations, air emission compounds and sources, air treatment options, and effluent treatment (primary, and secondary activated sludge and aerated lagoon) operations.
Learning objectives:
Increase understanding of the categories and sources of gaseous emissions: gas collection methods and standards; monitoring requirements; and disposal methods.
