Today a modern impregnating line has to fulfil the highest tasks regarding economy. safety and quality of the product.
Moreover, environment protection and reduction of emission become even more important aspects in the future.
We would like to introduce a modern, high-performance impregnating line for phenolic resin impregnation. In particular we are going to describe critical components in the process, e.g. impregnating device, gas-heated flotation dryer and the new cross- cutter with twin stacking system.
Furthermore we introduce a new, so-called "active" impregnating device.
This patented system represents a novelty. It is working with pressure and makes it possible to impregnate even papers which cannot be impregnated with the usual system at normal economical conditions. When applied to usual materials, it enables a much higher production speed.
