This paper describes an installed and working Plant (Treater) and the impregnation/coating process of Decor Papers by means of Urea/Melamine resins and the application of all pertinent technologies available. Usually, treated decor papers, must perform an external function and, therefore, it is important that precision and uniformity in impregnation/coating is achieved by the use of the proper plants and the employment of strict control systems so as to guarantee the following parameters:
