In this lecture I want to give you some information about the use of pressplates as well as endlessbelts in the plastic and laminating industry.

There are two main fields, where the type of pressplates I want to speak about today are used: The production of HPL and the low pressure lamination of wood-based panels. Endlessbelts are used for continuous laminate production also for the decorative lamination of particleboard.
