The Quality Lead Team for the Prevention of Damage to Paper Products (QLT) was established as a joint industry effort to direct a path by which Shippers, Receivers and Carriers could benefit from the expertise of the QLT. The Team endeavors to establish guide lines to eliminate damage to paper products and equipment. Meetings are conducted without personal or corporate bias and are governed by strict adherence to anti-trust laws.
