Inks for Packaging Applications - An Inkmaker’s Perspective, 2002 PLACE Conference Proceedings

Inks are a critical part of the overall package both for the decoration and transfer of important information. The demands placed on the ink are often more strenuous than the demands placed on the package material. This paper is a brief discussion of some of the various considerations for formulation as a result of the demands placed upon the inks used in packaging.
