Nucleation is a common practice among polypropylene resins. Historically, it has not been applied to polyethylene material with much success. Milliken and Company has applied its core competency of polymer morphology modification achieved in polypropylene to this opportunity. This has led to the development of a new nucleator, Hyperform HPN-20E, specifically developed for polyethylene.
