An Italian mill produces testliner, medium and fluting from national OCC furnish. Retrofitting P.M.2 CD control from conventional slice-blade to dilution reduced CD basis weight dispersion by over 50%. Machine speed increased about 100m/min primarily due to dryer section changes.
