CTP Activities in the Field of Recycled Fibres, 1994 Recycling Symposium Proceedings

Recycling is one of the main field of research activities in CTP. 14 projects dealing with recycled fibres are in progress in CTP.

All the aspects of recycling - from the furnish characterization to quality control and utilization of rejects are involved in this programme.

Some data concerning the development of a two stage process of deinking of a mixture containing waterbased print, adaptation of deinking process to recycling post-consumer wastepaper and development of on-line pulp quality control are presented more in detail.
