Stone Consolidated’s paper mill in Stielacoom, WA uses some innovative new sources of fiber for it’s furnish for the recycled mill. The purchasing of the fiber is based on a new concept of “Attribute Fiber Buying”-understanding the needs of the Paper Machines and newsprint customers and procuring the fiber to satisfy those needs in the most cost effective manner.
