EPA's Pulp and Paper Cluster - Scope, Purpose, and Implications for Pollution Prevention Initiatives, 1992 TAPPI Conference Proceedings
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency established the Pulp and Paper Cluster to insure that the many federal actions affecting the industry -- regulatory and otherwise -- are comprehensive, well coordinated, and efficient. The Cluster is enhancing its role of developing coordinated regulations by stressing the use of pollution prevention solutions, minimization of cross-media transfers, and better communication among all interested parties.
