The implementation of a comprehesive safety training program requires a fill understanding safety and health training, the identification of training needs, a definition of who must be trained, the establishment of training objectives, developing training activities, evaluating training, developing record keeping systems, and identifying future methods of training. Carefully planning to conduct safety training will result in increased training effectiveness and a reduction in incidents and costs.
