The new mini-mill at MacMillan Bloedel’s Henderson, Kentucky site, utilizes proven technology, as well as innovative sheet conditioning equipment . The two ply sheet is formed on two fourdriniers, with a top wire former on the base ply. The machine incorporates a no draw jumbo roll press section, and a soft nip pre-calendering system.
