Complex Terrain Modeling: An Update, 1993 Environmental Conference Proceedings
A tutorial of the basic regulatory situation with regard to modeling in complex terrain. The history of development of the theory of complex terrian modeling and the use of meteorological data to support the models is presented. The present status of EPA acceptance of complex terrain models is reviewed and highlighted. The future may include the adoption of CTDMPLUS as the "preferred model" in complex terrain. An update of its progress is presented.
