New Directions in Federal Regulations II, 1996 Environmental Conference Proceedings
Federal Laws translate into regulation, some of which are new and some are changes to those already existing. This session on “New Directions in Federal Regulations II” will discuss the impact of the Great Lakes Initiative (GLI) and the legal implications of analytical detection limits. The analytical issue is very pertinent to compliance with elements of the GLI. Complications in implementing the Title V permit program and the potential relationship between citizen suits and EPA budget cuts will also be addressed. Panel participants will address as appropriate late-breaking developments in their areas of expertise.
