Developing Risk Management Programs for Small Facilities, 1996 Environmental Conference Proceedings

The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance on the development of Risk Management Programs for small facilities. Hazard Assessments are discussed. The elements of the Prevention Program are laid out in the order of priority that is expected to be most helpful to small facilities, beginning with mechanical integrity and Process Hazards Analyses. Finally, there is a brief discussion of the emergency response plan.
