How to Achieve EMIS Value, 2002 Environmental Conference Proceedings

This paper discusses the various aspects of implementing an Environmental Management Information System (EMIS), including readiness planning, gathering and ranking business requirements, technology selection, implementation, and deployment. Contained within this paper are specific real world examples to illustrate how certain steps and actions can be incorporated into the deployment of an EMIS in order to maximize its value to an enterprise.
