Mill Experience with MACT 1 Recordkeeping and Reporting, 2003 Environmental Conference Proceedings

Compliance with the pulp and paper Cluster Rules (MACT I) was required by April 16, 2001. This paper describes how Georgia-Pacific Brunswick Operations, a bleached kraft mill on the southeastern coast of the United States, has dealt with the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the Rule. Through much time and effort mill environmental, operations, and maintenance personnel have established a recordkeeping and reporting system for compliance that is practical and meets the requirements of the Rule.
