Alphabet Soup or Regulatory Affairs: What Do All Those Letters Mean for Flexible Packaging?, 1990 Polymers, Laminations & Coatings Conference Proceedings
Select any three to six letters from the alphabet and arrange them in a random order and you might just have the initials of some government agency or the acronym for some legislation, either of which will readily tell you what you can or cannot do in your daily operations in the flexible packaging industry. Sorting out the federal, state, and local regulations impacting on the use of adhesives and coatings and making some sense of them is the goal of this paper.
